The Rules of the SigningsHotline.com Bulletin Board Community
1. Posting is a privilege granted SigningsHotline DeLuxe members who have a paid membership. Just as with a drivers license, it may be revoked. There is no refund for SigningsHotline DeLuxe if your posting privilege is revoked.
2. If a registered board member posts a comment that either a moderator or 12 registered board members feel is detrimental to SigningsHotline.com or the SigningsHotline.com Bulletin Board Community, whether it be to an individual or the board as a whole, that board member will receive Strike One.
3. If a registered member with Strike One makes a second comment that a majority of moderators feel is detrimental to SigningsHotline.com or the SigningsHotline.com Bulletin Board Community, whether it be to an individual or the board as a whole, that board member will be led to the Gallow's Poll. A Poll will be set up and the registered community members will vote to allow this member to remain in the community or face banishment. The poll will run for 1 week. A simple majority will decide this member's fate regardless of how many registered community members vote.
