And we have had a promoter, one of the most well known in the hobby, who had 100s of listings on SigningsHotline.com go bad. So here is what we recommend:

See how many listings the promoter has run on SigningsHotline.com. If a promoter has run 10 listings and has 3 negative ratings, well, that is a red flag. If a promoters has run 850 listings and has 3 negative ratings, that is not such a big deal.

Negative Rating. Keep in mind, people are more apt to leave a negative rating after a bad incident than leave a positive rating after a good incident.

More is usually better. The more listings a promoter has on SigningsHotline.com, IN GENERAL, the safer you may feel about sending in an item for mail order. That is not to say that it is unsafe to send your item to a promoter with a few listings on SigningsHotline.com, but that is for you to decide with the information we provide.
