The signing took place on Dec 8, 2007 and I didn't get my item until mid-February 2008. I called and asked about the mail order 4 weeks after the show and they said it would be put in the mail the next day and it took almost 4 weeks after that for me to get it. Also, I ordered an 8x10 and got a 5x7 and a couple of cards. At least I got something and they did throw in a couple of extra 8x10s, guess I'm just mainly disappointed with the mail service.

I sent in a card for a Sept 28 signing with Cole Hamels. I have not received the card back yet and the promoter doesn't respond to any emails or phone calls, although when I was asking questions about the signed, he reponded in less the 12 hours each time. I even asked Howard if he could and no response. Looks like I'm out the card and $$, but this guy will never get my business again.

The signing was scheduled to be in September and one of the guests cancelled. They still haven't gotten him to sign and don't respond to emails. When contacted on the phone, they say the signing will be done, but every date they give comes and goes with no action. Finally have asked for a refund, we'll see what happens.

They had a signing in July and supposedly got my card signed. I haven't received it yet. When I first complained they said too bad, but I guess they finally had enough of my complaining because the said they would get another card signed, in late Oct or early Nov. Still waiting and they say they are still trying. Asked for a refund, but they said no way because they don't know for sure that I didn't get the card.

55 Items Were Sent Out. This Guy Sent A 37 SASE For Return. Every Body Else Got Their Items Returned. His is Lost in The US Mail And Wants Me To Return Money Because He Said he Did Not Get it.Note: I Have Found A Total Card That I Purchased With My Money And Did Tell Him When I See Gonzo or Have A Signing With Him I Will Get It Signed For Him at No Cost.How Do I Know He Has Not Received it And is Pulling A Scam
