sent my item, Sports Illustrated, to them for mail order ( USPS Priority Mail w/delivery confirmation ) It was received three days before due date. Never received item back, or money for that matter, and they haven't responded to ANY emails regaring inquiry. This is a prime example why may people in the hobby are hesitant to use mail order, especially with a multi-signed piece. A total disgrace!

sent my Steve Owens newsstand SI USPS w/delivery confirmation to be autographed. Magazine was never returned, nor was any type of refund offered. I contacted Jeff who said he would look into the matter, but never got a response back. I had one positive event with them, but when they are in Texas and you are in NJ, you are SOL...beware of this outfit

sent my NRMINT newsstand Knievel SI to be signed, received back a fair issue w/ a label which I sent back to the promoter. Promoter "offered" refund, still waiting 3 months later and promoter no longer returns e-mails..Heard he was bad, found out the hard way!
