I tried to get a helmet signed by two players in the April signing. They only got me one, but charged me after the show for both of them even if they knew the other didn't show. I called multiple times to try and get the helmet back soon after the show to get other signatures on it, but the office you get to call has no influence on the mail order items. Took 2 months to get my item back with only one of the signatures, while I missed out on 3 other signings while waiting for it. Once I got item back, I then had to start the process of getting my money back since they never let me know they only got one signature. After multiple emails asking for a REFUND, I get a reply saying the refund is in the mail, but only get a credit voucher (more money available, but I had asked for a refund). Now this was in mid-June and I now had to mail that credit voucher back in to get my money back... and had to wait another month till mid-July to actually get my money back by check (they couldn't credit back my cc that they had charged for some reason). All this hassle (almost 4 months worth) for one signature was not worth it and I don't plan to do business with this company again.
